Bay Connect's main office is located at 1/15 Hunter Street - Corner of Torquay Rds , Pialba We offer Beginner to Advanced Computer Training; Digital Photography classes and Web Design Training. Internet connection is offered at our sub branch located at the Halcro street Community Centre.

Seniors in Focus

Provides information and education of senior issues including social isolation, elder abuse and personal safety. Also education about services available in the community. Seniors group meet at Halcro Street for coffee chat and activity sessions.

Home Assist

Provides home security assessments and subsidised home maintenance to enable people to remain living in their own homes, safely and securely. Other services: domestic assistance - spring clean only.

Halcro St Community Centre

Halcro Street Community Centre is a place where community groups can get together for meetings and other activities.

The Centre hosts community groups as permanent residents: including:

Bay Connect access site
Home Assist
Seniors in Focus groups.

The facility provides a kitchen and meeting rooms a community library and Internet access.

A small room is also available to rent and would suit an office or storage room.

Seniors in Focus Coffee and Chat mornings:

Come along and have a coffee and a chat at the Halcro community centre.

You are invited to join us for coffee/tea and biscuits to be shared over a chat.

The group will be a chance for people to meet with old friends or make new friends. It will be very informal and future activities for the group will vary depending on the group members. Coffee and Chat on Thursday at 10am. Cost: $2.00
